Chester bennington ,Dasun Nishan and the act of suicide

Recently all the Sri Lankans were shocked to hear a popular actor Mr.Dasun nishan was found dead on his apartment and more terrified to hear that it was a suicide.  He wrote a suicidal note stated that he had no external pressures to end his life and he videotaped himself attempting suicide police stated that he attempted twice to end his life

           This incident cause a social media turbulence people posting  reviews on this incident. So some people posted says their  condolences  to the actor while others posted saying he was not the one to attend nibbana according to Buddhism or shown sympathy  towards because  he committed suicide.most posts were angry reviews expressing that he was a fool to do such a act showing complete disrespect towards the actor

This takes me back  to a time period  where  a whole  world shook when a music legend the lead singer of the the band linkin park  chester bennington passed away by a same  incident, hanged to his death so when that occurred everybody was posting online  says ‘rest in peace legend’  the funny thing is the people who have never listen to linkin park song or never heard of chester bennington until then were posting online says RIP I think they thought that it will accept them in the society as one of the “POSH”people. But the point to ponder is nobody of these “POSH” people ill speak of the dead says ‘chester bennington is a fool to commit suicide’

But now what happened a local actor was dead by committing suicide everybody starts shouting suicide is not a option, he cant face life problems, too weak to endure a sadness. Blah blah blah

Why do people react differently to a same type of incident. The simple reason is “well chester is a world renown star if I post him farwell then bam! People gonna recognize me as one of the higher society who lives the western way of lifestyle(there is no such thing as this it only appears in these peoples’ bad mentality)” but in here the dasun nishan incident even jealousy comes in to the matter a promising actor of age 28 Dasun Nishan was a handsome and wealthy young man. So for these heroes behind keyboards it is impossible to say something nice or say rest in peace without criticizing the death.

Now you guys maybe thinking ‘are you crazy suicide is not good never will be good’ yes I know that very well but now is not the time to discuss about that because now it is the time of grieving. How would you thinks that relatives and friends of the actor will take these criticisms of their loved one’s tragic death? You didn’t know what he was going through when he decided to end his life. You don’t know his background. May be he only wanted his pain to end and chose the wrong path.so all you people and page admins or everyone who says suicide is never a option now is not the time to comment. If you guys were so concerned about suicide why you guys didn’t spoke before. This is not the first time someone committed suicide in Sri Lanka even Sri Lanka is the first on the suicide list in the world suicide rates by countrywhy didn’t spoke then just think before you speak or you will make a complete fool out of yourself.
